The liver is enlarged with slight coarse echotexture *
 and bright echopattern of its parenchyma denoting    
 grade 1 fatty infiltration .No hepatic focal lesions
 No dilatation of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile ducts *
 CBD = 5 mm ( normal up to 8 mm ) *
 PV   = 1.4 cm ( high normal ) , yet it is patent with *
  hepatopetal flow inside  
 Gall bladder shows thickened wall with two big stones * 
 are seen inside measuring 2.2 cm and 1.5 cm with multiple
 other  small stones are seen within and adherent to posterior
 wall of gall bladder
 Spleen is mildly enlarged measuring 14.8 cm in long axis *
  No focal lesions
 There is small enlarged porta-hepatis lymph node with with*
  preserved hilum measuring 2.5 x 1.2 cm
Pancreas and para-aortic region are free *
 Both kidneys show normal site , size and shape , with normal*
 thickness and  echopattern of renal parenchyma with no renal
 stone or back pressure changes
 No dilatation of both ureters *
 No ascites*
 The urinary bladder shows partially filling with no stones or *
  solid masses inside
 Normal size anteverted uterus , with normal echopattern and*
  no focal lesions *
 No pelvic fluid collection *

  CONCLUSION :
   ---------------
    Hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration and slightly *
          coarse texture , suggesting early cirrhotic texture  
     Chronic calcular cholecystitis *
    Mild splenomegaly *
