عقدة درقية وحيدة

السلام عليكم دكتور ...
انا فتاة ابلغ من العمر 22 عام لاحظت قبل حوالي شهر انتفاخ في الرقبة ذهبت الى الطبيب وطلب تحاليل للغدة وكانت كلها سليمة وضمن المعدل الطبيعي ثم قمت بعمل سونار للغدة وهذه نتيجتة :

Thyroid us: -RT. lobe: enlarged in size, measures
21x24x40 mm, one nodule is seen measures 33x17mm ( vascular on Doppler)(FNA is suggested). -Left lobe: normal in size, measures 15x12x28mm, no focal lesion. -no cervical LAP.

ثم عملت خزعة وكانت هذه النتيجة :

Cytological report Clinical One prick from Rt. thyroid lobe nodule under U/S guidance, revealed 0.4cc blood, smeared as four slides, stained and submitted for cytological examination. Cytological examination. Rt. Thyroid lobe nodule;
FNAC under U/S guidance: Hypercellular hemorrhagic smears showing multiple cellular thyroid follicular cells with two populations, one showing hyperplastic with mild atypia, others showing benign looking thyroid follicular cells with hemosiderin-laden macrophages within a back ground of mild chronic lymphocytic inflammatory reaction & colloid. The Cytoarchitectural picture was that of (MNG) with predominent Rt. Thyroid nodule (Hyperplastic Colloid Nodule Versus Adenomatoid Nodule??) (Thy2) Non-neoplastic according to the British (RCPath) classification of thyroid FNAC An excisional biopsy is recommended No malignant cells were seen in the examined material

نصحني عدة اطباء جراحين بضرورة اجراء عملية جراحية وذلك باستئصال الفص اليمن واغلب الفص الايسر لكني ע اريد عملية نظرا لمخاطرها .

ذهبت طبيب اخر بعد 8 ايام من تاريخ الخزعة والسونار الاول وطلب مني اعادة السونار كانت هذه نتيجتة:

Neck US .Right lobe of thyroid gland is enlarged in size ( 22 x 23 single solid nodule measured 35.4 x 17.1 m in size no calcification seen inside. . e 14 x 15 mm) & isthmus 3 mm of Thyroid gland are of normal sizes calcification , no nodule detected, no ervical lymphadenopathy seen. . No abnormal . Normal muscular and soft tissue echogenisity of No focal mass lesion seen neck compartments. Lood vessels sizes with no aneurysmal dilatation noted.

قال اني لااحتاج عملية و اعطاني مجموعة فيتامينات ومكمل غذائي بالاضافة ثيروكسين 50 مكروغرام وطلب مني الاستمرار مدة شهرين ومن ثم اقوم بمراجعته مضى الان شهر وموعدي في منتصف يناير المقبل --

دكتور مارايك في حالتي ؟ وهل العملية ضرورية وفي حال لم اجريها هل يمكن ان يتحول الورم الى خبيث ؟
علما اني ע اعاني من اي اعراض اطلاقا
دكتور انا قلقة جدا اتمنى ان تشرح لي حالتي بالتفصيل والمخاطر المحتملة .
